Paul Smith, President - Emeritus 

Paul serves as the President Emeritus of Technical Solutions and is the Past President of Mintech, Inc. Paul is a former Republican Party District Chairman and served on the Arizona Secretary of State's Election Security Committee. He has been a member of the Reagan-Bush Committee in Arizona in 1980 and 1984 and served on the Bush and Forbes Arizona campaign committees. In addition, he has managed a number of successful Arizona campaign committees, including campaigns for numerous city council candidates. He is a past director of the Scottsdale Foundation for the Handicapped, Family Services Agency Board of Directors, the Arizona School Choice Scholarship Trust, and the Valley Christian Centers.
